In the past, everything in Bitterfeld-Wolfen was lignite, today the focus is on lithium. But basically everyone knows that we will no longer be able to meet the extreme energy demand of the past decades. The fear of change is great – especially in a region that has undergone major changes. How can the necessary transformation of the economy and society succeed without losing large sections of the population to anti-democratic forces? Based on the artistic works of the Bauhaus Study Rooms on post-industrial upheavals, we will talk about the future.
