From Wolfen (Bitterfeld) train station it is only a few minutes’ walk (approx. 12 min) to the festival center. The path leads past the former Wolfen cinema (approx. 7 min), which is one of the event venues. Wolfen (Bitterfeld) station is easily accessible by S-Bahn (S2 and S8) from Dessau and Halle (Saale) and by regional train (RE13) from Leipzig and Magdeburg. Travelers from Berlin can take the regional train via Dessau or the ICE via Bitterfeld. All departure times on bahn.de.

By car

Sufficient free parking spaces are available at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen town hall, opposite the fire station and on the grounds of the chemical park. Please only use the designated parking areas, as the active plant fire department is located next to the festival center and must be deployed without hindrance.

You want to compensate for your journey? On the website of the non-profit organisation MyClimate you can calculate your CO2 emissions and donate to selected carbon offset projects.

From the station to the festival

We recommend taking your bike with you, as it can be used for excursions during the festival and is helpful for getting to all the venues. Alternatively, bicycles can be rented from Fahrrad Hammer.

Bicycles can be taken free of charge on regional trains in Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony within the MDV transport network (also with the Deutschlandticket).
