Wilhelm Klotzek’s (*1980) artistic work includes installations and sculptures as well as texts and exhibition displays. In terms of content, the examination of post-socialist reality is a recurring theme, while at the same time public space and the relationship of people to architecture play an important role. He has been teaching as a professor in the sculpture department at the Berlin Weißensee School of Art since 2023. Klotzek hosts and produces a monthly radio program on the Berlin radio station Piradio. An artist’s book on the work will soon be published: “Die Kunstbuchhandlung” by Verlag der Buchhandlung Franz & Walther König.
