Sven Sachenbacher, born in Berlin in 1974, is a historian and political scientist. As a research assistant, he was involved in the realization of various exhibition projects, e.g. ‘Volksaufstand. The 17th June 1953 in Bitterfeld-Wolfen’, ’50 Years of the Kulturpalast Bitterfeld’, ‘The Peaceful Revolution in Leipzig’. From 2016 to 2020, he was a pedagogical assistant at the Marienborn German Division Memorial. Since 2020, he has been director of the Wolfen Industrial and Film Museum and the Bitterfeld District Museum.
