Michikazu Matsune is an artist from Kobe who now lives in Vienna. He uses various approaches, ranging from stage performances and interventions in public and private spaces to the production of artifacts for performative actions. His art playfully explores the field of tension between cultural attributions and social identifications. Matsune also teaches performance practice as a guest lecturer at the University of Art and Design Linz and the Iceland University of the Arts.
