KEIN LICHT, KEINE FASER

The lights go out for the opening. The fire station becomes a disco. But one where everyone can dance freely and unobserved. No dress code, no show dancing, no drinks, no flirting – just an hour of driving beats and sounds from no_drama@hotmail, a collaboration between Leipzig artists Cora Czarnecki and Jasmina Rezig. As a DJ team, the two dedicate themselves to various genres such as New Jersey, tech house, pop, vogue and techno. This time, they are focusing on queer and feminist lyrics about the body and work.

The collective dance experience format was founded in Melbourne in 2009 as NO LIGHTS NO LYCRA and has since spread rapidly around the world.
