The artist Christophe Meierhans will read out a fairy tale: The story of an imaginary city with a spectacular past. And without a future. The city will disappear. Trees will grow where it was. Meierhans asks how the inhabitants of the city deal with the imminent disappearance.

What do you want for the time after your death? What should last when you have become compost again? What should happen to your house? Who should live there? Do you even care about that? Do you want the place that was important to you and your grandparents to continue to exist? If so, how? Do you have children? What do you want for them? And are you prepared to do something about it? But what is it really to you? You will have long since become compost, fodder for new life.
