Kulturpark e.V., founded in 2020 and based in Sandersdorf-Brehna, is committed to the development and networking of cultural structures in eastern Germany. The association was founded to provide social and political history with platforms for storytelling, but above all to paint a new picture of the East with the help of art.

The association’s board, Aljoscha Begrich, Christine Leyerle and Ludwig Haugk, who was the artistic director of the first edition, will continue to be responsible for the festival in 2024.
