On April 24, 2025, Kulturpark e.V. opened an office for the OSTEN festival in Bitterfeld-Wolfen. The festival staff and the board of Kulturpark e.V. invited all interested parties to the new festival office for lunch, coffee, cake and a chat.

The office is open for regular business on Thursdays from 10 am to 4 pm. The cultural association would like to use the office to strengthen its work for the festival. Staff members Judith Paletta and Martin Naundorf are available to answer questions about the festival, opportunities to get involved and networking with the festival. They also advise interested initiatives and cultural professionals on their own projects and how to apply for funding. The aim is to strengthen the cultural offering in Bitterfeld-Wolfen in the long term and to network the cultural players in the region.
